01

What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal information WebTech Solution collects when you visit our website, enquire about a project, or use a site we host for you — and what we do with it. It does not cover third-party sites we link to.

02

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company and website, the service and budget you pick, and whatever you write in the project details field. Clients also give us billing and contact details. We ask for nothing we do not need.

03

Information we collect automatically

Our servers record IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps. These logs exist for security, debugging and uptime monitoring; they are kept separately from enquiry data and are not used to build profiles. The contact form sets one security cookie to stop spam, which expires when you close your browser.

04

How we use your information

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare and send a quote, deliver and host your project, send invoices, and keep our site secure. If you leave the box ticked on our contact form, we may also send occasional notes about web performance; every one includes an unsubscribe link, and we stop as soon as you use it.

05

We do not sell or share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We have not done either in the past 12 months.

06

Cookies, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Our site uses no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies — only the security cookie described above. Because we do not track visitors across sites, there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off; you are already opted out. If we set up analytics on a site we build for you, we document it in your handover notes so your own privacy policy can reflect it.

07

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run our business — our hosting provider, email provider and accounting software — who may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose it when the law requires, to protect our rights or safety, or to a buyer as part of a merger or sale of our business, who would remain bound by this policy.

08

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for the life of the engagement and then for as long as tax and accounting rules require, generally up to seven years. Server logs are deleted after 90 days. Marketing consent lasts until you unsubscribe.

09

Security

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest on our infrastructure. Access is limited to the people who need it and protected by two-factor authentication, and backups are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable state law.

10

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with consumer privacy laws — you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising (we do neither). We honor these requests for everyone, wherever you live. Email us to make a request; we will verify it by confirming your email address and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision. We will never treat you differently for exercising these rights.

11

Where your information is handled

We are based in the United States and store data with US-based providers. Some of our team and suppliers may work outside the US; when they handle your information, we require them to protect it as this policy describes.

12

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13

Changes and contact

We will post any update here with a new date at the top, and email active clients if the change is significant. Questions, requests or complaints: hello@webtechsoln.com, or write to us at 704 Polo Dr. N, Columbus, OH 43229, United States.
